As far as I am concerned, food is not only one of the greatest joys in life but it is also something you need to stay alive so why not bloody enjoy it?

Whoever convinced you that you'll be happier if you constantly deny yourself delicious food and berate yourself with guilt and shame when you inevitably indulge is bad and they should feel bad.

Food is not good or bad, what has the potential to be good or bad is your attitude towards and relationship with food.

1:1 Coaching
You + me + 3 months = some life changing shit.
Together we will shift your focus from weight to health + loving your life.
We will create long lasting habits that build the framework of your new day to day experience.
I will help you find the joy in home cooking and learn to eat with intention.
Small group coaching
Join myself and a group of like minded women for a four week intensive where together we find the joy in food again.
We're going to dive deep into the mindset behind restriction and self-sabotaging habits we may have around food and then turn them into beautiful and sustainable practices that see you enjoying the finest things in life again (that's food).
I want to be your support, your cheerleader, your go-to, your friend with all of the right advice but most of all I want to help you be that for yourself. You are so fucking amazing and capable already but sometimes we need a little help to see that.

I want to help you find the joy in food and life again because at the end of the day we're flying around on a big rock in space and if we can't have fun while we're doing it then what's the bloody point?
