Quick greens

Remember when your mum told you that you had to eat your greens?


Well I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but she was right, apparently they keep you alive and functioning. I know they're not as cool as potatoes or cheeseburgers, but they also don't have to be a bland burden on your plate.


To quickly add some greenery to your plate all you're going to need is:


1 zucchini

1 bunch of broccolini

1 cup frozen peas

1 big ol' chunk of butter

enough salt to bring you joy


Now the fun part, to make them taste good all you're going to want to do is chop them up, throw them in a pan with a bunch of butter and a good sprinkling of salt.


Then you can toss them a few times like a dramatic chef until they're nicely browned and buttered.




That. Is. Literally. It.


Now eat your damn greens.
